LA MANSARDA - THE LOCATION

La Mansarda is located in the heart of Iseo historical centre, precisely in Statuto Square, where the pedestrian area begins and adjacent to the suggestive Garibaldi Square with its peculiar statue devoted to the "Two Worlds" Hero. It is 50 meters away from the very popular Marconi lake-front, the Iseo main street where, from Porto Rosa, the boats to Monteisola, the greatest lake island in Europe, leave. Even though central and near to shops, restaurants and bars, the position is quite and relaxing. The railway and the bus stations are reachable by foot as well La Mansarda is few kilometres far from the Torbiere Natural Park, a reserve where migratory birds of rare beauty live and nest. At about 1 kilometre, the swimming pools of Sassabanek Tourist Centre, where to relax and refresh during the hot hours of the day. Easily reachable also Franciacorta and Valcalepio areas, famous for their well known cellars, Bergamo, Brescia and Verona cities and the Valcamonica ski resorts.
